Time Trials Report

Regatta Time Trials – June 9
This Saturday is the “time trials” at Quidi Vidi lake. This event determines the makeup of each Regatta Day race based upon the times rowed by the teams participating tomorrow. The Capital Subaru team are scheduled to race at 11:30am. We encourage your support at the lake tomorrow as this is a big race for our girls !

Discovery Day Race
Amy writes: The Royal St. John’s Regatta is the oldest continuing sporting event in North America. A part of Newfoundland and Labrador history, the event continues to draw in excess of 50,000 spectators each year and is a major focal point of summer activities in the St. John’s area. The entire city gets a holiday to come down to Quidi Vidi Lake to watch the races and partake in games
